The techie that diagnosed the problem said to make sure I order part # 661-3350. Will I be safe with the first one ? I don’t want to return due to an ordering error. Chosen Solution Insignia model NS-LCD32-09 remote sensor in TV isn’t working. I’ve contacted Insignia and the part is out of stock (IRPF8QA9) and I’m not seeing anything for this in any google searches. I double checked the batteries in the remote and did the “camera” test, and the remote checks out fine. In my searches though, I’ve found IR receivers & extenders and wonder if this would work instead of trying to tear apart this 10 year old tv?...

Chosen Solution How do you install OS X on a new hard drive? I’ve tried holding down the “C” key, nothing happens except the B&W apple screen with a spinning circle. When holding down the"option" key a window comes up showing me the OS disc, a reload arrow and a continue arrow. When I click on the disc, nothing happens, but when I click on the continue arrow, it goes back to the B&W apple screen with the spinning circle....

Chosen Solution so, i’ve bought and installed the screen correctly…everything now i can see, as the old screen was damaged. BUT now i have no backlight and cannot use it in the dark. is there a way of buying a new backlight? or is it inbuilt with the screen?? please help. much appreciated I do believe that the 2nd generation iPod has a backlight coil on the logic board that has a tendency of corroding within the coil and thus shortening out....

Chosen Solution The cover is coming apart where it flips over at the magnetic base. There is the hard edge that clings to the iPad and a flexible, rubber cover that seemed to be glued to it. Whatever was holding it together has worn away. I tried double-faced tape to reattach it, but it doesn’t hold. Any suggestions on an adhesive to use to repair it? About 1/3 of my cover hinge came detached off my cover....

Chosen Solution Hi I have an Ipad 2 that had a small crack on its screen. When I was using it the screen went dead but the backlight was still working and I could hear sounds. I replaced the digitizer and the screen will work for a couple of minutes and then it will revert to backlight only and just sound. If I remove the digitizer ribbon cable from the connectors and leave it for an hours or so, and then reconnect it - the screen will come back on as normal but only for a few minutes....

Chosen Solution iPhone 3GS ringer mute button is flakey. Sometimes when shows it is off, it is realy on. It’s a tiny plastic switch on the cable, it may have dislodged from the groove on outer switch. Try sticking oout outerwitch in mute position with some tape while re aligning plastic switch(in down position) into groove. It’s quite fiddly and takes patience. dismantle it and find out if it is connected properly?...

Chosen Solution I got my hdmi port repaired but now it’s blinking red and I don’t know what’s wrong with it. You don’t need it diagnosed…I can tell you what’s wrong just based on the info you gave: whoever fixed it, didn’t fix it correctly. Most likely they did not solder the 19 small pins on correctly. If they are a good business they will fix it again for free (assuming that the port hasn’t been abused or anything)....

Chosen Solution I have two lenses both with the lame mount my better lens has chipped on the mount and the other lens is broken so i want to switch the mounts James, if it is the base rings/mount you want to change, make sure you match them up to be the same and unscrew.
