Chosen Solution My iPod Nano 5th Gen’s Bezels has old glue that I want would love to reapply once I have the chance to replace the scratched screen and replacing the Wheel so it’s fully reburbished with new parts. So what I should use to glue the Bezels back in place? I’m not sure what Apple used for gluing down the bezels on their 5th Gen Nanos. I was thinking adding some white glue to glue in the bezels but I’m not taking any chance of ruining the switch or the headphone jack and 30-pin port....

Chosen Solution Hi: Ive asked 3 or 4 questions pertaining to no backlight after installing a new display. I also saw where someone stated new (cheap) displays were burning out the backlight function, For at least some I think I discovered why… I installed a new display in this iPhone 6 several months ago, I thought I damaged the display by flexing it and it only worked if kept perfectly straight and halfway outside the case....

You can also do a search for your phones screen assembly to possibly get a lower price, just make sure before you order, part it is the correct one for your device....

Chosen Solution i got my vibrator screws stripped , how can i get them out? You have 3 options that I can think of. We have a screw extractor set or screw extracting pliers, you can drill the screw out (not pretty), or you can dremel a slot into the screw head and use a flat head screwdriver (also not pretty). Any of these three methods will work fine, but keep in mind that the dremel and drill will put the phone through considerable vibration and a slip could mean more damaged parts....

Chosen Solution Hi, I dropped a new macbook pro when unloading the car after a skitrip. It was in a protective cushion, but it fell on a corner and I think it hit the harder zipper area of the casing (the zipper area also broke there). The fall slightly deformed not the bottom case of the laptop, but the case that holds the keyboard, touchpad, etc… The casing got deformed just around the aux port so that I can’t plug headphones in anymore....

Chosen Solution Refrigerator and freezer are Not running. All food room temp. Water dispenser dispenses water but there is no ice. Chosen Solution Can I just change my glass screen that is cracked on my I pad mini 4; I have taken it to a shop and have been told I have to buy the full casing because you cant just change the glass screen, someone has offered to change just the glass part for me is this possible ? Just to elaborate on Daniel’s answer… The iPad mini 4 has a fused display assembly (LCD is glued to the digitizer), similar to those found on the iPhone and Air2/Pro iPad models....

Chosen Solution A few years ago (before I learned to repair) I took my 5s to a repair shop that did not put my screws back in or brackets, how will i know where each screw will go in? @xbrowsing ,Victor, Links below(disassembly guides) may help you identify screw and their locations, screws are listed in the process. Chosen Solution I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis HE Top Load Washer (Model #11027072602). Last week, the washer randomly turned on during the day…sounded like it was attempting a rinse cycle. It then stopped, and intermittently began beeping. The next day, I ran a load, and after it was complete, it began beeping again with an error code of F2 flashing. No water was left in the spin basket, but after taking the sheet metal backing apart, it looks like there may be a gallon or two in the outer tub (I’ve read that this is normal for balancing)....

Chosen Solution I was told that the 8GB 4S is actually a 4 and therefore requires a different LCD digitizer assembly than the 16, 32 and 64GB 4S’s. Is this true? berkley, if your phone is an A1387 then it is a 4S, regardless of the memory size. The LCD as well as the procedure are the same. Hope this helps, good luck. Chosen Solution I have IPhone 5 dead. I tested the PP_BATT_VCC and PP_VCC_MAIN and they aren’t shorted to ground. But while inspecting the board i found the following: 1- line HS3_CONN is shorted to ground. 2- Q8’s Drain and Source are shorted. Can any line of those stop the phone from charging and booting Any shorted line can prevent the iPhone from booting since it’s everything one way or the other connected with the Soc....
