Chosen Solution I recently purchased a new keyboard from you for my MacBook Pro. Would you happen to have installation instructions for the new keyboard? The ifixit Guide This keyboard replacement manual is for 1151, but it also works perfectly for A1261. The only differences is that for A1261, there are 12 screws that hold down the keyboard rather than 10. Otherwise, it worked like a charm.
Chosen Solution Hi, Struggling with iPhone 6 Internet connection. Always have 4g around my area but device has recently decided it’s not enough, barely enough to connect on what’sapp! Phone has been dropped a couple of times in its 2 year life and does have a small chip to the top left of the screen, nothing that effects the screens use. Works perfect on wifi and no issues with calls or texts signal it’s purely Internet....
Chosen Solution my iphone dropped on the floor and no service and bad signal then after some days the wi-fi is greyed out …… so i watched some vid on youtube to how to fix the wifi by reflow so i disassembled the iphone then i reassembled it unfortunatley the home button is not worknig , no sounds , and iphone is not charging!!!! by the way i didnt broke or cut anything within the iphone :( plz help thanks …....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 6 had battery issues like any other iPhone right now and I replaced the battery from an unauthorised dealer. It was pretty cheap and I replaced it in February 2017. It was working fine until May 2017, when the phone would turn off after using it for 10 minutes and would be stuck in a boot loop. I can’t use it even for a few minutes and If i start using snapchat or at the camera app it shuts down immediately and will be stuck in a boot loop NEED HELP ASAP...

Chosen Solution the cpu is heating up, there is probably a short somewhere around the cpu or in the cpu itself. how can i measure components with a multimeter to see which of them is the problem. i read somewhere i can’t use a multimeter to check resistance because it will pass 9V and the components will fry is that true? if so then what should i measure for? thanks Update (11/02/2015)...

The battery s the weakest link in the entire phone and certainly for charger related issues. It is also the easiest thing to replace. Use a battery utility, such as coconutBattery (for Mac) or 3uTools (for Windows) to test the battery prior to removal....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have a weird situation, an iPhone 7 came to me, it boots fine and charges. I replaced Tigris (because with freeze spray this got very hot quicker than any other component) and it asks you to Trust the device, then the connection times-out according to 3UTools. I did reflow Tigris again just in case some solder balls weren’t 100% good - same situation. PP1V8_SDRAM is giving a Diode resistance reading of 158 when schematics say it should be more around 280 … I have freeze sprayed the board and PP_VAR_SOC gets hot first and so does PP_USB_5V0 in the top right corner of Tigris....
Chosen Solution OKay, well i have a 80gb 2nd gen i pod, screen and headphone jack are broken but i still used it as a external hard drive putting files on the ipod using it as a flash or hard drive and still had music, it funtioned fine, and now it doesnt even stay on, i did take it apart and also put it back together and it still worked till now, all i want it the files off the hard drive....

Then you will need to be able to remove the cover for the memory slot (desolder the legs), then desolder all the pins of the reader, remove reader, solder new one in, replace cover. reassemble camera. it may be that you don’t need to do all of that, if it is a bent pin you can use a small metal probe to gently realign....

Chosen Solution I have a 2013 A1419 27" iMac (i5/3.4Ghz) which had a cracked display. I got a replacement in, but it took me a couple of days to realize I also had to move the heat sensor that was on the old display. Prior to that I had been trying everything to get it working properly and the fan not spinning up to full speed with every boot! One thing I tried was to reformat the Blade SSD attached to the back of the logic board, but now that I know the issue wasn’t the SSD drive (yes, I purchases the OWC Inline heat sensor) or the installation of same, I need to format the blade drive on the logic board back to “unformatted” which is what its designation was before....
Chosen Solution how do i hook the monitor to the tower I take it you’ve got a tower and a screen, which presumably you got separately. There are 3 common types of video connector: VGA, HDMI and DVI. Chosen Solution I changed my power supply twice. One green LED lit even after Power button is pressed. I unplugged power button from logic board and ohm’ed the button. OL at rest and 1.8 ohms when depressed. Momentary switch, button is good. How can I test the logic board or can it even be tested? Or do I have to change parts until it works? Really need help with this, can’t afford to change parts hoping it will work....

Chosen Solution I couldn’t fit the earpiece speaker bracket gasket back around the metallic piece it sort of wraps around. I guess my replacement screen had some part a bit bigger than the original and the gasket runs short and I couldn’t reach the screw hole. I wonder if there is some way around. I left it loose. Everything seems to work fine but guides insist on paying attention not to break that gasket so I guess it must be there for some reason....
Chosen Solution I dropped my phone really hard today and when i made a video after it there was no audio and when i try to call others they cant hear me or when i send a voice message on Instagram it has no audio i still can hear other videos audios tho Can Siri hear you? If she can your problem will be the charge port flex as it has a couple of microphones on it....
