Chosen Solution I forgot the Password to my iPhone 5 and apparently I have ‘Find my iPhone’ turned on, so I can’t just reset it. I tried to turn it off via iCloud, but the Phone has to have access to the Internet in order for the Find iPhone thing to be turned off. But the Internet is turned off on the Phone and I can’t turn it on from the lockscreen....
Chosen Solution Hi, I Have a 5.G Video Ipod 80GB. The device works and plays music via Headphone and via Dock-Connector, also the battery is loading. But when I connect the IPod to the computer with the original IPod cabel the device is not recognized, hence no Sync. I tried different cables and computers, my IPhone is syncing with the same cable and computer, also the IPod Nano of my daughter, so I’m sure it’s not the computer or the cables....
Chosen Solution Hi, I have been tracing the random sleep problem of my iMac. All the usual bullst solutions … reset PRAM et al did not do a thing. Even cleared up my HD, wiped, re installed everything, permissions repair, you name it. One suspicion is a defect temp sensor when I replaced the HD ages ago. But the prob did not appear until much later. (Temp monitoring App in place) Other suspicion … old Battery inside?...
Chosen Solution Managed to get my hands on a iMac 27” 5K (late 2015) as a bit of fun that is no longer used and the hard drive and blade SSD have been removed. I’m not sure if they’ve damaged anything else as the power button was sheered off, but I’ve fixed that. There is no sign of damage to the panel internal or external and all internal components look in good condition to the casual eye....
Chosen Solution My imac hard drive failed and i had to replace it. Once i replaced it the imac booted up fine and i started an install and it said installation could not be verified so i got a different copy of osx 10.9 but when i booted up the imac it would not read the hard drive. I thought the drive went bad but when i removed it and tested it on another system it worked just fine so i reinstalled it but nothing ....

And after a few seconds the fans will start running at what I assume is 100%. Do you think it is a bad logic board? or is it the screen itself? Update (07/04/2018) Awesome, here are my results LED 1 stays on and LED 2 and LED 3 turn on when power button is pressed LED 4 does not turn on even when display is connected after a few seconds the fan turns on at 100% and stays there....
Chosen Solution My iPhone3GS has started crashing with incredible frequency. I’ll be mid-phone call, or using an app, when the screen will go dark. I’ll have to do a soft reboot (holding the home & sleep buttons down until it restarts). It takes a long time to turn on, then half the time, it dumps to the warning screen that there’s no power and needs to be plugged in. Once I connect the phone to a power source, in a couple of minutes it’s ready to roll again, and displaying a “full battery” icon....
Chosen Solution yesterday i accidentally split water on iphone 4 .. after i know immediately dry by hair dryer .. and i just wait 24 hour and open back .. but no battery .. so i charge . unfortunately won’t charge .. when i charge apple logo appear then off then again keep logo appear and off until i unplug .. any idea for this? More than likely faulty battery. Using a hair dryer was a bad idea though, you’re only increasing the speed that corrosion develops on your phones logic board....
Chosen Solution Hi, my iPhone 5s was working fine until I put it on charger in car and instead charging it went off. It got stuck on battery logo with lightning cable showing on screen regardless on what charger I put it on. I tried different cables, wall chargers etc with no luck. Few days later, I tried to change battery and charging outlet, again with no luck. Finally I have took logic board out and put it into another iPhone 5s case with all remaining parts from the 100% working iPhone....

Just about anything could be wrong…you will need to isolate the issue a bit more if you hope to get a better answer. Q1403 is responsible for switching PP_VCCC_MAIN from either the battery or usb connection. That means that anything downstream that is pulling excess current will over heat the MOSFET. You need to check VCC_MAIN & BATT_VCC to see if they are (partially) shorted and if not then go and look at all of the voltage rails generated by the PMIC (U1202)....

Put 2 fingers down on the screen and move them away from each other then squeeze them together to make it smaller. not sure if facebook is in on it but some apps if you press the button on the bottom left of the home button it brings up a setting menu and font size is often there

I suggest that you try a few of the tricks and see if it helps. Ultimately the only other thing to do is to replace the complete lens. For that these guides and this video should be helpful.

Some jagged gray on lower right tell-tales where the machine came in contact with door frame as it was carried through one room to another. Blue Apple icon, Dock and some other command bars can be accessed, programs may opened but then going any further, if command can be reached, results in no response; tiny scroll arrows that usually appear above & below blue scroll bar are not there....
