I tested the screen, touch and everything worked perfect, I then added “glue” and closed down the ipad, I then headed the ipad up and placed the ipad in press over night. Which I do to every ipad I repair. The customer then came in and picked up his ipad, few hours later he called me and the touch does not work what so ever....

A sudden death points to a logic board (charge circuit) issue. A gradual decline points more to a defective replacement battery. The most obvious thing to double check is the battery. There are many poor quality replacement batteries on the market and depending on where you bought it, it may be defective....
Chosen Solution i dropped my phone on the carpet about a foot..when i went to pick it up and turn it on it was black it wouldnt turn on.. it seemed to shut off completely. i then plugged my charger in and it showed the battery logo and then apple logo..this loop continued for a few minutes and then started up… but…later when i unplugged the charger the phone immediately shut off and was black and the home button, no buttons would work....

So I accidentally dropped my iPhone 6 and it shut itself, I rebooted it just to see the battery percentage is way lower than it was prior to the drop. I then notice that my iPhone fails to make a reading of the battery and everytime it does: it shuts itself. My hunch is that maybe something in the inside like the motherboard got damaged or the battery is about to get bloated (i had a battery replacement on this iPhone) but I’m a no-brainer when it comes to this....

Are you worried about the indents at the top of the battery? I wouldn’t worry about it. All good, as long you havent bent battery it self, it will perform as it should

It seems nobody sells a single spare part like this unless you find a used charge3 to dismantle. I only know they are 10w 2inch speakers but don’t know the impedance (4 ohm? 8 ohm?).
