Chosen Solution I recently purchased a used original Macbook Air 2008 model and fixed a few minor issues: Bad Internal Battery (was toasted), new MagSafe Charger & HD’s missing Rubber gasket. Also fixed some dents to external casing. I’m sure that someone else has opened this thing up since 2008 for better or worse. The only other issue I have’t been able to iron out is that the speakers and the headphone jack will not output sound....

I’m a firm believer in Uninterruptible Power Supplies. I’ve had this one about eight years. It’s starting to beep at me a couple of times a day. Probably means I need to replace one of the batteries....

Chosen Solution My phone dropped in burning pile, when i finally realized what had happened, i dug in the ashes and found it, the screen just slid off phone. To my surprise, my phone is still working, i have been getting notifications, and phone is ringing. If i replace screen should that be all i need to do? Wow, sounds like you’re one lucky person! It’s definitely possible. You might find other issues once the display is replaced, like cameras or microphones, but I’m sure your display didn’t appreciate the heat....

Chosen Solution my honda accord wont start just makes 1 click noise. if i turn the key to 2nd position then try to start it sometimes it starts and sometimes i have to jiggle the key between these 2 positions to get it to start what could the prpoblem be? @lupejjsb ,Lupe, If battery is good and starter is good and you find your self having to wiggle the key when turning ignition to start the engine, I would suspect the ignition is worn and needs replaced....

Chosen Solution So i recently replaced my PSU en HDD of my 27 inch imac recently. I replaced the PSU because it wouldn’t turn on anymore and the HDD because my old one died. It is a verified apple HDD with temp sensor so all good there. But once i try to install anything it will get past the loading bar and than a white screen and… nothing. Just a permenant white screen....

Chosen Solution Hi. We have a dlink wireless adsl router connected via cable to our asus laptop and we connect our ipad in via wireless. When we turn our computer on it will not connect to the Internet but our ipad will still login. If I open the network info on the laptop it says it is connected via wireless network connection but we can’t open the Internet? It worked perfectly until yesterday and to my knowledge we’ve changed nothing....

Chosen Solution iPad doesn’t recognize chargers, Apple says they don’t repair lightning ports and offered replacement for 250!!! Is it possible to replace lightning port of 6th gen iPad? Not really..it’s not a plug/unplug part that one can replace. It’s by all means part of the logic board as it’s tin soldered to it, as all other components. Being a microsoldering repair you won’t find a guide, you might find some video on youtube but it won’t be such a great help if you don’t have specific experience....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, Yesterday my Ipad 3 got stuck on a restart loop. Earlier the machine worked fine, but now every 2-3 minutes it restarts. I tried to restore factory defauls and did hard resets and all, but now I can’t even get past the ipad activation window, because the machine will restart it self. I tried to get some sort of log with itools and all here’s the last lines i can find in the log before the machine restarts itself....

Chosen Solution I replaced a screen on an iphone 5s and when i was done i turned it on to see if it was working and there was a darker square in the middle of the screen. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting all the ribbon cables but its still there. Any idea what the problem is? It’s the gate to another dimension! No seriously, try another known good screen, or put back the old one and test....

I believe those are to the speakers which should be able to just lift straight out....

If your power supply is okay you will have to open the display and check for secure connections at TMDS, Panel Power, J703, J701, J702, J12, CN1, CN2, CN3, CN4 and CN5....
