When I turn on device and do thing on it, after a while it feels like it’s to much heat in this device, then (like 20 minutes of using ) my screen start glitching. There is some glitch lines on white screen. Anyone know what’s the problem? Thanks in advance It’s a faulty screen. I have refurbished screens or screens bought from overseas that does this....
Chosen Solution Hello! I’ve just replaced the FPC connector on an iPad 2 that suffered some ‘accidental damage’ whilst in my care. I’m taking full responsibility for it, and I’ve removed, cleaned, pre-tinned and installed the new connector (to what I can see is an acceptable degree, considering it’s my first ever attempt at a job this small). I ordered a pack of 5 connectors, burned through them all, ordered 10 more and on the first try this time I’ve managed to seat the connector fully, as far as I can tell....
Chosen Solution I replaced the battery in my 5S, I’ve done this in two phones.. and this dumb issue comes to surface that they no longer want to charge, unless I bump the bottom of my phone against something like my palm. Chosen Solution I replaced the screen and ditigizer (ifixit) put it back together and it worked perfectly. Charged it and I noticed the battery was hot sit I decided to change it with a new ifixit battery, put it back together and now the phone won’t turn on. Pulled it apart rechecked the connections… still doesn’t work, even tried putting the old battery back still nothing. What did I do wrong?...
Chosen Solution Hello mates, so, as the I said in the title, I replaced an iphone 6 screen and then everything was fine except the screen because of some pressure marks so I unsrewed everything and did it again like 3 times and now the touch ID doesn’t work anymore but the home button still working fine! I opened it up, had no VCC_MAIN short, but had a PP3V0_NAND short, found the capacitor that was causing it and now when I plug in the DCPS instead the battery I get a draw of 0.010A before prompt to boot, after prompt it draws around 0.150A for a second, then goes to 0.010, and then loops the whole time....

At this point some Chevy’s differ: (Try this way first) Pump your gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds or Use the button on the dashboard that has an “i” on it or has a road on it. Pushing this button should cycle through mileage, tire pressure..etc. You want “Oil Life”, then push and hold the check-mark button until the oil life resets....

Chosen Solution Does anybody have an idea how the lid-close hardware microphone disconnect is physically implemented? Is it a switch in the hinge that disconnects the audio cable? Is it a pin from the lid sensor that goes from high to low that then pulls the digitised audio signal to zero? Thanks. The only way to recover data from an iPhone is to repair the phone “enough” to get it to boot and be recognized by iTunes. With water damaged devices, this is not always possible but certainly worth a try....
Chosen Solution I have recently flashed a custom recovery on this phone. Since I forgot to disable frp lock (Re-enabled it by setting up phone after flash) it will be blocked from entering the recovery mode. for some reason it will boot-loop non stop. It will try to load the recovery then crash reboot and repeat. Thanks! You need to put the phone back into download mode via holding volume down + power + home constantly and reflash the firmware or stock recovery file onto the phone....

It was the best deal I could get for my money and the included upgrades should give it a nice boost, I guess. However, it only has a i5 dual core @ 2,5GHZ…now I know that in order to upgrade the CPU (if it is at all possible), I need to change the whole logic board....

Chosen Solution Purchased used “TR-40 CRA” via eBay from seller in Oklahoma. I cannot use unit here in California (Bay Area) because unit is “password locked”. I sent seller email requesting old password so I may reset (no response). I unplugged and rebooted system with no success. System appears to have channels programmed for the Oklahoma area.
