You could also take out the battery, Sansa C250 Repair press and hold power button for 30 seconds. Put battery back in and close case. Now press power button.

Make sure that you diagnose your board properly first, clean it and check for short circuits etc....
Chosen Solution my macbooks motherboard seems that this thing is broken off on it and it caused my trackpad and keyboard not to function, it’s really close too the keyboard connector, do you know what this thing is? It’s super tiny,my MacBook is the closer picture showing it scraped off. The other one shows what’s supposed to be there. My MacBook is the early 2011 i7 2.2ghz 15" 6750m model. Chosen Solution One of the activators has been forced while it was stuck. This resulted in the perforation of the top of the small plastic cylinder which holds a spring. As a result the lach is loose and does not play its role of actionating the switch. I need to buy the broken parts. Where can I find it ? I dis-assembled as per insstruction, and found one of the two activators to be broken....
Chosen Solution Hi, I ordered screen replacement part. I don’t know why it has yellow overlay from inside. Is it supposed to be glue, that needs to be melted or is it just an overlay? My iphones screen is cracked and I want to replace it. But it is more complicated than I thought it is and I have trouble removing cracked screen piece from LCD. Peeling off LCD and re-bonding it on newer front glass is not DIY work....

Chosen Solution Whirlpool Model WRX988SIBM00 refrigerator ice maker not filling nor dispensing ice. Water dispenses just fine. Have checked water pressure, have replaced water inlet valve to ice maker. Temperature appears fine as we have unplugged refrigerator to reset and are sometimes met with once cycle of ice cubes. Ice cubes will mysteriously appear once or twice every couple of weeks. Suspect it might be the infrared emitter board or the receiver board, but have no idea how to test them and unwilling to willy-nilly replace them for $400+ (emitter board around $80 and receiver board $300+) ....

After some close inspection of the board i noticed that one tiny component is nocked off behind the battery connector. It is the 4th one from the right capacitor, 56PF 5% 16V NPO-COG, 01005. After replacement the battery started drain faster than usual, I told him that it is not battery problem but LCD problem and need to be replaced again. Chosen Solution alright i have this iphone 6s plus its my brothers phone and he asked me if i could replace the battery for him cause its dying to fast (cause he is always on it)so i said if you buy it sure and so we ordered a battery from scanditech on amazon they have been good so far with my past orders and i changed the battery and it worked fine then the next day hasnt even been 24 hours yet and he is saying it died at 36 percent i doubt it did and hes the kind of guy that will find anything wrong with something even if its not broken he will complain so i said whatever and id put in the old one so i then saw the old battery had a hole in it or the black cover whatever and so i guessed it was broken i put it in wouldnt fire up so i put the new one back in and put it all together and it wouldnt turn on i left it on the charger for a long time i held the power button held the power and home power and volume did everything and nothing so i now took the phone apart and i checked all the connectors they were all in i took them off to see if they are damaged and they all look great and before this battery changed the phone has never been opened i made sure everything else is connected and everything is fine and wondering if anyone had any ideas the screen works fine the buttons work and no the phone isnt on it doesnt vibrate sorry its so long and for the lack of punctuation...

Chosen Solution According to the last bullet on this page, external drives with time machine backup should be bootable and appear as EFI Boot on the Startup Manager screen. My MBP is running lion 10.7.5. I formatted a new external hard drive to HFS+ encrypted by erasing the drive using disk utility, and its map scheme became GUID automatically after the erasing operation. After time machine created a full backup on the drive, disk utility even shows it’s bootable on its disk info page....
