Chosen Solution So this iphone 5c looks and seems to be functioning well but it’s stuck in the activation screen. It says 3g and some black dots so looks like signal top left. But there is no Wi-Fi icon. So I assume that possibly the Wi-Fi antenna is broken? But surely the mobile signal should activate it anyway? So more is wrong? Thanks Update (01/22/2017) well here is a photo inside and immediately I see some kind of white stuff on the charging port almost like yogurt....

Chosen Solution Just changed iPhone 6 battery. When plugging in to charge, the phone charges OK and eventually the white screen with the Apple logo appears, and it turns on. But once turned on, the phone doesn’t charge past 1%. The battery icon in the top right of the screen doesn’t show a lightning strike, so once on it stops charging. I’m using a charger that is working correctly, as it charges well another iPhone (SE 2016)....

Chosen Solution Hi, i have 3 iPhone 6S LCD screens, 2 of them the LCD and touch are good, home button also good (can return to home page), but the fingerprint sensor not working. Only 1 LCD screen everything is fine (all working, including home button and finger sensor). Anyone knows what happened to that 2 iPhone 6S LCD ? Is the finger sensor related to the LCD screen ? Chosen Solution How do I restart my phone Hold the power button in until the prompt ask shut of restart or cancel ,select restart and wait for the phone to shut down and restart. You can also remove the back cover and remove the battery , this will provide a complete shutdown of the phone . Then simply hit the power button and restart the phone . Hope this helps

Chosen Solution The hold button on the device is completely ineffective. That is, it does not lock out the ipod buttons when engaged. What can be done? Compress the top bezel a bit with your fingers (maybe hold the ipod in one hand but with the fingers at the top and bottom, instead of on the sides). Try to operate the Hold button. Does it work?
