Chosen Solution I am trying to figure out how to remove the actual differential, not the whole rear end of a 1999 Chevy Tahoe Posi-Trac. I have removed the differential cover, removed the axles by removal of the C-clips (horseshoe clips), I then removed the two main bearing caps from the differential. Chosen Solution I dropped my Nexus 6 on the floor the other day, the top left corner glass is chipped, but no additional damage. Screen won’t turn on. Plugging into power warms up the phone., so at least the battery charges… Phone was on silent/DND before, so is there a way to tell if the motherboard was damaged or just the screen/digitizer? I don’t remember the phone ever vibrating on startup (during the Google screen)....

Chosen Solution It appears the display and/or logic board for my iMac has achieved terminal failure. This is not my screen, but the display exhibits these same symptoms. The display is blocky and degraded even after wiping the HDD and installing fresh OSes (Yosemite through High Sierra) and when booting into the Utilities menu from an installation USB stick, as well as in screen sharing from remote desktop. Didn’t think it would happen there, but it does....
