Chosen Solution So, I have an HDMI Xbox 360 that got the three red ring of death which I understood this ifixit kit would repair. I installed it to the very detailed and thorough instructions with no hiccups or deviations! I have experience repairing computers and audio devices (I am an engineer) so I am confident in my abilities with such things. However, to my dismay, the Xbox still boots up with the three RRoD even after using the kit thoroughly....
Chosen Solution I upgraded my NVMe and HDD last night. This morning, everything works EXCEPT my microphone. Obviously, there is a chance that I did not connect the microphone cable, but I’m 99.4% positive I did. Any chance someone can tell me where on the logic board the internal microphone connection is? Chosen Solution I replaced the Screen a while ago, and ever since then it won’t vibrate. The toggle switch works fine, as the overlay shows up when I use the switch. I’ve tried replacing the motor twice, to no avail. I’m not even sure where the contact pads for the motor lead to, so I can’t check the condition of the flex it’s attached to. Any help is appreciated The contacts are connected to the volume ribbon cable assembly....
Chosen Solution Hi every one! The iPhone 6 dropped in a water and will not turn on anymore. I checked and removed the capacitor C5202_RF (smoked / shorted), removed the shields and cleared the board, but the phone still shorted. The power supply show me 0.050A (50mA) when I connect only the board, but I can not get any component warmup. I tried to use the term paper to help me identify it, but I have no dark points to analyze it....

Chosen Solution accidentally dropped in water can it be fixed Hi, You will want to dissasemble the phone completely, after you have done this, the DIY solution is to clean the entire logic board with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush, also cleaning all connectors on the other parts. The professional way would be to take off any shields and clean the entire logic board in a ultrasonic cleaner, and then clean it with isopropyl alcohol after ultrasonic treatment....

I have tried plugging it into the charger, also tried bold textholding down the power / on button for at least 45 seconds with no change Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to allow a fresh clean boot it can be done by watching this battery replacement video .
