Chosen Solution I can barely see the screen and adjusting it makes no difference shawn sounds like your backlight has failed. Most common cause for that are bad capacitors. Your monitor does not have a separate inverter but it is part of the power board. Start by disassembling the monitor and take a look at the boards and the caps. Check for bulging or leaking caps. Post some good images of your boards with your original question....
Chosen Solution I first started using the command r but it just brought up a white screen then I tried to make a bootable usb from a 2015 MacBook Air running high Sierra I believe and from what I know it looks like it worked well and it is a bootable drive. Chosen Solution How do i heat the iopener without a microwave ? Oven heating ? Boxed in water bath ? Tho oven works. I heated the iOpener for 20-30 min. initially at 160°C / 320°F. While using it to open a ipad I reheated it several times for 5 min. Completed the job successfully. Don’t use the water bath. The oven might work, but it will take longer, most likely, and probably won’t work as well....

The only way to upgrade the RAM is to replace the systemboard. Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. Chosen Solution On iPhone5 how is possible to remove the glass parts on top and bottom? are they glued? Yup, they’re glued in place. Apple used some pretty serious adhesive to hold them in, but it’s nothing that a heat gun wont soften. Picking them out from the back is not possible, so you have to heat them up then push them out from the inside. The main problem with removing them is that you have to remove just about every other component in the iPhone to get to them, which is a real pain....
