But i didn’t want to do a full disassembly to replace the front cover. Those liquids use micro-abrasives which “may” work to buff out those scratches....

Chosen Solution I have several SLR cameras that need the body hand grip cleaned as, they have become very sticky. Has anyone had this same problem &, have they got the solution for it? For anything electronic I recommend 99.9% Isopropyl alcohol. Since you said sticky, and the hand grips are typically rubber/plastic try some Goo Gone. Works good for removing old sticker residue as well. You can find it at Wal-Mart, Dollar General etc....

Chosen Solution So I cracked my screen, I ordered a new one, removed the old screen, cleaned the frame of the old adhesive, then I used some red vhb adhesive tape around the frame, installed my new screen, pressed down/held it down for about 1-2min. Then started using it for about 10-20 min. After about 15min the middle part of the frame (on the sides) started lifting up substantially. How can I fix this?...
