This could be a power board issue as well as a button bar issue. Since it eventually does come on, you would have to check the capacitors as well as the power MOSFET’s. Chosen Solution how do i replace battery dongerthevulture , very little on the net for battery replacement or tear down, found one link below showing partial tear down, that should enable you to get into device to replace battery.
