Chosen Solution Someone removed bad lid lock switch, so I have no switch wires from the control board to the lid or to lid lock, whole wiring harness is gone. Chosen Solution I replaced the fan on my Macbook, it was noisy and computer was overheating. I followed the instructions of the iFixit guide. The keyboard stopped working and monitor would flash and go black. I replaced the keyboard but it made no difference. I’ve held the power key down to reset the PRAM, but it won’t beep (to signify the reset). Is the any other way to reset the PRAM?...

I’ve got an iBook 12" G4 1GHZ machine that chimes, goes into option mode fine, etc., but when I attempt to boot from the HD, CD, or external firewire drive, I get the Apple icon with progress wheel, and then it goes to a blank blue screen and nothing happens. I’ve gone so far as to put a known good hard drive with Tiger inside the machine, but still it stalls on the blank blue screen....

Chosen Solution The camera in my iPhone 5 won’t focus. The focal point is stuck at about 6 inches. I’ve tried resetting it to factory settings and restoring it, with no success. I also reverted back to iOS 6.0.1 from 6.0.2 after reading online that it might be a software problem. Other people say it’s a hardware problem and that the phone will have to be replaced by Apple. Problem is, they only replace it with a refurbished phone, which is terrible customer service…I just got it in November....
Chosen Solution Hi, After I replaced the LCD digitizer on an iPhone 5s, it has gone into an infinite boot loop: You can see the Apple logo for about 1 min. The LCD turns bluish. Restarts and does the same thing again. After the second time, the phone turns it self off, and it is no longer possible to turn it on again. If I remove the battery, and then up it back in, the same thing happens....

Chosen Solution 1994 Honda Civic EX I have a new ignition key cylinder that’s suppose to be exact fit for car, but it isn’t. Everything looks the same except for the end that goes into ignition switch. The old one is solid on that end, and the new one is slotted. The new one will not go all of the way into switch. So I thought maybe putting new tumblers into old cylinder would solve my problem....

Chosen Solution how do you remove the front driver seat from 2002 S60 Before trying to remove the seat ,disconnect the battery as there is an airbag trigger in the seat belt harness. Nothing takes the joy out of a fix faster than an airbag. remove the leg trim covers to reveal the 4 bolts necessary to remove the seat. If you have power seat you will have to disconnect the plugs for the seat controls and heater if so equipped ....
Chosen Solution This is a Fluke VoltAlert 1AC-A II. I have to extract the PCB from the chassis of the same in order to re-heat some components. The circuit moves, but it stops even 1 mm. I tried to see where the block was, but I could not see it. Is there anyone who has already extracted the circuit and knows how? The acid output from the batteries has corroded some welds that have to be redone, but to access them I have to be able to pull the printed circuit strip out of the wrapper that contains it....

Chosen Solution So I got superglue on my iPhone X rear camera. I don’t think anything went inside the lens, but it’s extremely blurry when I try to take a picture. Also, there is a tiny black hole on the lens, so I am wondering if there is a way to reach glue that went down there as well. I’ve heard of using nail polish remover, but I am afraid of how that will react with the lens, possibly removing some sort of protective layer or something....

Subsequent boot attempts bring it gradually closer to a full boot, until it completes after about the 5th attempt. This seems to be video card related....
