Chosen Solution My iPad would sometimes sporadically ghost touch the screen during use. After searching I tried following the advice on Digitizer activating itself after digitiser replacement. Unfortunately it seemed to make things worse with the screen now very frequently ghost touching. I also must have not put the home button back on correctly as it won’t click when pressed like normal. I put Kapton tape on the edges of the digitizer and then replaced the adhesive pads....

Chosen Solution Hi there, I got a water damaged iPhone 6. As usual I removed motherboard, removed all the metal shields, did a full cleaning using pure alchoho. Once done, I tested the phone, everything else including touch works fine except the display. The display colour is distorted, vertical lines running across the screen. Tested the phone with a working screen, same result. So it must be the motherboard. Can anyone tell me which IC is most likely the culprit?...

Chosen Solution when i rotate my iphone to left couple times, iphone ’s home screen dock (bottom bar) flicker for a second sometimes. i am not sure is this bug or my iphone has screen problem? is it a bug in ios 9.3.2 Kinda sounds like.. It’s a display assembly issue. You could try backing up your phone, and restoring it, to rule out a software issue

Chosen Solution So i bought a iPhone 7 but the WIFI nor the Bluetooth can be turned on. i Tried updatint to the latest iOS, restoring the whole phone, reset network settings. Everything. So i am 99.99% Sure it ain’t a software issue. Anyone has a idea how i should start searching hardware issues? I heard the wifi antenna cannot be changed, cuz the ic on it is paired with the cpu....

Chosen Solution iPhone 7 came in. They said it wouldn’t come on, and has been off for weeks. I installed a new display, and decided to test a known good battery, instead of waiting for the old one to accept a charge. It does not come on, and the board is extremely hot. I unplugged and left on the charger for 20 mins. Doesn’t come on, but doesn’t get hot either....

Chosen Solution I have a toy here that the electronics lights works fine, but the sounds are not working. How do I fix this? Most likely the speaker is burned out, or a wire has came loose and is unsoldered. You’d most likely have to take the toy apart to try and salvage the speaker or buy a replacement.

Chosen Solution Is there a way of testing the power supply on a Imac 21.5 late 2012 using a multimeter to see if the power supply is faulty?? Chosen Solution Every time I pull on the cord, one side of the blinds goes up before the other. The strings seem to be pretty tangled. Is there a way to fix this, without ending up in a pile of string? One set of two cords goes to one side and one set to the other. Untangle the cords so you can pull evenly.

What are the speakers cost to replace them with new one and can i replace them with better one speakers with good and high volume. Chosen Solution After one year from buying S6 Edge plus, the camera started to have problem in autofoucs. It keeps producing buzz sound and vibrating from 30 to 60 seconds. It happens mainly in low light conditions. I tried software erase/wipe but it seems a haedware problem. In order to fix it, so how much does it cost? The part itself will cost you about $14 USD if you want to fix it yourself....

Thanks James @james_cush ifixit does not do repairs. What ifixit offers are great guides like these, that allow you to work on your own device. This forum has volunteers trying to help others taking care of their devices. I’d suggest that you use the guides to disassemble your GoPro and clean all the components with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol....

Chosen Solution My iPad Pro 12.9 was dropped and now won’t charge or turn on. Apple says it must be replaced at a cost of $650 and is not even reparable without even looking at it. Is that true and do I have any other options ? Dropping such a heavy device can certainly cause logic board damage. This may be repairable by an experienced micro-soldering technician but it’s impossible to say from here what the actual issue is....

Chosen Solution I restarted my Samsung Gt-i8262 and now just after saying samsung then going samsung galaxy duos and the model number it just goes black instead of normal. ive waited hours and days but it wont work. i have taken the battery out and put it back in to restart it (I cant restart it any other way) but it still does the same thing!! Chosen Solution I have an iMac that hangs on boot, even after having its disk erased and OS X reinstalled from Recovery Console.
