First of all, if you’re not familiar with circuit boards, the “L” used in the designation “L1903” indicates that it is an Inductor/Coil/Choke (whatever term you want to use). you may be able to depopulate it from the board and flip it over....
Chosen Solution So the other day my iMac 5K 2015 died when I accidentally flipped a power switch on a power strip during an update from OS X 10.14.5 to 10.14.6. Now all that happens when I turn it on is that the fan goes on (pretty lightly) and off with a 3 second interval. Nothing more. Black screen. If you want something cheaper, go with a hdd. If you wan something with a lot of storage, get a hdd otherwise it will be REALLY expensive for a 1 or 2tb SSD....
Chosen Solution Replaced the screen and rear housing. Used all the original parts from the old housing. Device starts up, stays on for 3-5 minutes, then it restarts and the cycle goes on. Disconnected various components: Proximity/Top speaker , Dock, Sim tray, Front Cam. With no change in the routine. Used a different battery and screen to test as well. Device storage is rather full, only 1.5 gig free. Any help please....

Chosen Solution Hiya, I have an iPhone 5s which I got off eBay. The water damage indicators were set off and the device won’t go past the apple logo. I have tried the logic board in a working 5s but it still boot loops (so its not the charger port etc etc). I’ve soaked it in isopropyl alcohol but it still doesn’t seem to want to boot. I can put it into DFU mode and it stays connected to itunes, but during the restore it will bootloop....

Chosen Solution After replacing the battery my phone turns off by itself while using it. I thought that the battery might’ve been defective so I tried a different battery. Still no luck. Was the original battery doing the same thing or did it have a different problem? If it is doing the same thing, then you’re problem may be with the charge circuit. This involves the charger, the Lightning Cable, the Lightning Port and the charge circuit on the logic board....

I can’t turn it off, and with no battery to take out, I have no idea how to reset it. I would suggest removing the battery for a few minutes. It’s not the most difficult thing to get to....
