Chosen Solution I have tried to solder it back together but I am not sure if I have done it right can solder arc between it self as there is a small gap in the solder I did manage to turn it back on for a few seconds then it died then when I tried again there was a spark from the power jack It looks like these are “cold” solder joints, which means the connection between the pad and the pins are not good, which would explain the sparking....

Chosen Solution Anyone know how long it takes to replace the digitizer? looks like all you need to do is disconnect the connector from the back of the board, then separate the front from the glue. looks like 10 mins. probably is one hour. The way to replace it is to take off the motherboards and then replace the screen by heating up the glue around the screen and pry it off....
