I have an iPhone 5G which displays the lightening symbol when plugged into the mains, but the battery will not charge. I will test this theory again by switching the home button with another Here’s a mystery puzzle for all you iPhone repair experts. This might be obvious but I couldn’t find any similar situations googling it so I’ll ask. I’m not so familiar with iPhones specifically but I dabble in electronics repair so I may be missing something completely that is iPhone specific....

Obviously a MacBook Air will never be a Great Gaming machine, but that’s not what @unbeatable101 was asking… I used to play on my 2013 MacBook Air on low settings while I was traveling and it was OK. The new CPU/GPUs in this new MacBook Air are much faster, so you would think it would be ok, but looking at the cooling system I am afraid if you start gaming with this laptop it will thermal throttle and keep getting slower as you play....

Let it trickle after that for say 30 minutes (means leave it connected to charger after it reaches 100%). From there use it in one go without charging until almost 0%. Then charge it in one go without interruption till 100% full....
