If you have no backup a 3rd party Disk Recovery Tool might recover some or all of the data but you must stop using the machine now....

Even if I use the original cable and plug, phone doesn’t charge and also does acknowledge headphones when plugged in rachid qui that is still a pretty new phone. Check first to find out if this will be covered under warranty. Normally I would say it is the battery but this phone is still to new to have battery issues....

Hi armetha1, The charging port (#3 in the image) should be used to charge the battery as it allows you to connect the AC adapter, which should supply 5VDC 1A (1000mA) to charge the battery. The power output of the adapter should be printed on the adapter. If the AC adapter cord which plugs into the tablet is too short to comfortably site the tablet for charging near a power outlet, plug the AC adapter into an extension cord which is then plugged into the AC power outlet to give you more flexabilty about where to place the tablet when charging....

Installing with an El Capitan DMG I get the error “This copy of the Install OS X El Capitan application can’t be verified. Just remove the screen frame from the backing using a hair dryer and guitar pick. There is a small seam around the screen that separates the halves. Once you work your way around the halves will come apart but careful there is a ribbon cable still attached inside....
