Chosen Solution I’ve attached my weather machine to the end of a long pole then inserted that into a deep hole I dug for it to go in. The machine wobbles and doesn’t seem to be as secure as it should. Is there a preferred way for installation that works better? Any suggestions? It is important to secure your acurite weather center to a sturdy, strong foundation. If you are simply putting your machine on the end a a pole and sticking it into the ground, that may not be the best approach....

Chosen Solution Hi, my iphone has a stripped pentalobe screw, i tried everything to get it out. -Knife -All types of screwdrivers -Rubber band -Glue It’s totally stripped and has a hole in it. How can i get it out? Thanks Take the same sized torx bit and tap it into the head so you can get it out. Do not reuse the screw, get a new one.

Chosen Solution The Screen is cracked the screen will show a picture on each side but in the middle of the screen it is black, I want to fix it my self but how do I get parts and a guide to repair. I have researched ALL possible methods to restore this iphone4s and i am pretty familiar with doing so with many other platforms as well.I am a dihard ifixit user and get the job done myself. Here is a lowdown of what im dealing with. Iphone4s Baseband version 5.0.02 Running firmware version 8.2 This phone has never been synced to Icloud and the pc it was originally backed upto is in a landfill I have reset in DFU, when i master restore on itunes says"must unlock iphone" and screen says iphone disabled....

Chosen Solution i have tried clearing the bios. it did not work im trying to reset for my own peruses. HDP’s are a Catch 22. They can be broken, but it doesn’t tend to work well and honestly usually ends with a bricked HD due to a silly error you cannot recover from when it’s committed to firmware. It uses a common 2.5” drive, so it’s not worth the risk. Take it back to IT and demand it be cleared of any old passwords, since you may not be able to do an ownership transfer under your name yet - which is REQUIRED to get Dell to help you....

Chosen Solution I’m trying to research the correct gear to buy. I was hoping to upgrade the CPU and HDD and if necessary add a PCIe SSD. I’m currently waiting on a reply from Intel as I’ve read that the only CPU I can go up to is an i7 3770s, which isn’t made anymore (an IVY). I was hoping to put in a 1TB EVO 850 Samsung SSD, which I’ve read is good to fit into my model....

Chosen Solution Picked up this White Imac 17" for $20.00, seller said Imac was dead….first boot went to screen with some artifacts and then it freeze. Try resetting PRAM and SMC…still same effects, I booted into safe mode and everything works perfect, no issues whatsoever, rebooted to normal, same issues as before. I figured that maybe a bad driver, so I started loading OSX Lion from my USB drive, everything looked fine during installation, no artifacts whatsoever, but when the final reboot to enter for the first time, back to artifacts and freezing…....

Chosen Solution There is a mechanism that is nearly impossible to access that allows the mixer to be raised and lowered; it has either broken or disconnected and the mixer is rendered useless (or nearly so). I think it’s just a matter of the right tool or ability to access the inner workings. Actually I finally figured out that the motor housing has to be removed to get to a tension screw (visible when the bowl rack is lowered fully) and screw it in from the inside (housing cap screws hidden under a metal strap that is loosened from the back; remove the top; three screws hold the motor housing to the neck/base)....

Chosen Solution my iphone is stuck in recovery mode, i try to restore/upgrade, after itunes extracted the software, it try to restore, at this point, the phone goes to the apple logo for a few seconds, then flash the red screen and then it went back to recovery mode. itunes gives error 4013. I was not able to get it into DFU, whenever i plug the phone in the the laptop and press the power button to turn it off, but the apple logo apears after 1 second and its back to the recovery mode again....

Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6s that has the searching/no service issue. I’ve seen this a lot online with the iPhone 6/6 Plus, but no one really talks about it with the 6s. Is it caused by the same baseband ic issue or is it another chip? I’ve looked around to get this repaired, but no one really seems to offer this service. Chosen Solution I have an iphone 7 that is stuck in a bootloop after screen replacement. The phone was working fine for about 2 weeks, then customer called and said his front camera, mic, sensor, etc was not working anymore. Ive narrowed it down to the proximity/front camera/earpiece flex. When its disconnected phone powers up fine but when reconnected goes straight back into bootloop again. Have tried replacing flex cable with 3 other spare ones, no luck....
