Chosen Solution My iPhone 6S broke down during a software update run. I plugged the phone on charge and set it to update the software while being connected to my home WiFi. I come back after 15-20 minutes, and then screen is showing the black apple logo with white background (like how it restarts). It has since then stuck in that state. Chosen Solution hey together, i hope somebody can help me. i have two similar iphone 7 present with the same failure. one of them is completely unopen: it hat the complaint that the micro was freezing in due to talking. -afterwards i have done several facory reset in maintenance mode. after a few facory resets with recovery & maintenance it has a freezing screen once a popup occurs. you can enter the apps, but once a popup occurs the screen freezes for a few seconds 5-10 sec....

I replaced the charge port on the 6th gen because it wouldn’t charge at all before (according to the customer), and it worked fine for a day, but the customer came back now it has the same issue, but if the device is turned off and left on the charger for a bit, it will turn on with 70-80 percent battery....
