Chosen Solution After 2 years, the battery of my iPhone 5 is now dying. I will have to charge the phone every one or two hours. Sad and annoying. So I’m thinking of a battery replacement from iFixit. But I really need an answer to this question: is the iPhone 5 battery sold on iFixit genuine? or OEM part? or aftermarket? or what? Thank you guys very much! Chosen Solution Had to replace the graphic card because of stripes. After that the imac starts properly but without backlight. Everything works fine with an external display. 4 LEDs are on. Ive checked all connections already and replaced the the inverter power cable… without success. Chosen Solution I got a T495 for work, but it didn’t come preconfigured with cell connection. I opened up the bottom case and saw that it has the SIM port soldered to the board. Would I be able to install LENOVO’s WWAN card and antennas and be able to use the cellular connection? Or is this BIOS locked to not accept the WWAN connection? Hi @cnusax , I don’t know if it will be blocked in BIOS, not having the correct antenna installed should be sufficient for it not to work....

Logically speaking it should be just the LCD that is defective. However, if the iPad has been dropped a lot, had a recent repair or came into contact with water, it might be a bad connection or logic board related....

Phone has never been dropped or got wet. @e_ah start with new batteries and make sure you get the right ones. This series iPhone is very finicky about the battery. After that check the dock connector and make sure that it is clean, has not broken or bend contacts....
Chosen Solution I replaced my iPhone 4S screen and when I restarted it everything looked ok. After a short while however the new screen started displaying a milky white glow along the edges. I’ve reopened it and checked the connectors but no luck. I’m also suspecting that it’s spreading. The digitizer works fine. Any ideas what may cause this and how to fix it? Update: after letting it rest overnight the screen looked fine first thing in the morning, however the white ‘halo’ reappeared shortly after....

Chosen Solution I have an old iPhone 6 that I hadn’t used in about 6 months, and I decided I wanted to use it again. Even though it worked the last time I used it, it won’t power on at all. I plug it in and nothing comes up on the screen. I plugged it into a computer with iTunes and iTunes doesn’t detect anything at all. The charger cable certainly works because I’ve tested several with the phone and it works on other phones....
Chosen Solution I’ve repaired a dead phone 6. Tried everything out, but the carrier network was stuck on searching for ages. Tried later on and it worked. Stop working later on after re-inserting the SIM card. Reseated the antenna cable connector, and it worked again. *#06# shows the IMEI. Modem version shows. Detects when sim card is entered/exits. My main phone picks up my SIM instantly, so I’m not sure what is going on here....
Chosen Solution Using Iphone 6. For a few days now my wifi seems to be working very poorly. I am only able to connect to my router when I’m next to it! It used to detect tens of different routers in my house but now its down to one or two.. Should I replace my wifi antenna? Maybe. You also may want to do a force restart first. Chosen Solution I had my HTC One M9 sapphire camera lens/glass broken. I got part replacement from ebay PT# KQMA659. My question is how to remove the broken one and replace the new lens cover? If u have any exacto blades u run it around the perimeter of the rubber casing that holds the lens cover on then after it is off you take out the sapphire lens pop the new one into the rubber casing and pop the casing back into its spot....

I have to replace the feet but the black plastic material stuck on the underside seems to be superglued and it appears I cant remove it without damaging it. Will hot air work or any glue removal solution is required? You can get a set of feet for $5. I probably replace 10-=15 feet a week....

Chosen Solution on my 2006 honda civic 1.8l ex my check engine light will not stay off. comes back on in 1 second. codes read p0498 & p0135…i installed a brand new 02 sensor. haven’t gotten to the vent valve as of yet because my light keeps coming right back on. checked all fuses (good). i even checked the wiring going to the 02 sensor with my meter. not getting the full 12v but i get somewhere around 2v-1....

It came with windows S mode but I removed it, I downloaded Roblox, steam, Geometry dash and (witch I bought on steam) but its so slow Roblox is so laggy with a lot of games its un-playable and geometry dash runs well every once and a while....
Chosen Solution I opened my MacBook and accidentally broke the flex cable battery indicator now does not turn on this will be the poroblem? Your system will work without it, but I would fix it. If you damaged the ribbon cable its one of the easier repairs. All you need to do it pop the battery to get to the battery tester to pop it off.
