Chosen Solution I’ve read about people replacing the cells of various laptop batteries. Does anyone know if this is possible with a PowerBook 190? If so, what kind of cells does the battery pack contain and where can I find replacements? Many laptop battery packs of that era are constructed of “cells” which were really sets of AA batteries soldered together - this may have been for cost savings or for meeting transport regulations....

Chosen Solution My car is a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander sport es Problems with my car So there is the knocking/tapping sound that it comes on only when the car is in motion, details below? So the sound only comes when the car is moving, it doesnt come on when the car is stop, when I accelerate and put the car in motion that’s when the sound comes on and it doesnt go away until the car is stopped, (also when I dont give it gas but the car still in motion the sound still on,) I took it to a mechanic and not sure if he check it because he told me to drop it off and to come back a hour later, but he called me 20 minutes later and he told me that it might be the transmission but he wasn’t sure, he told me to take the car to a transmission expert, and j have been asking around and just to check the transmission they are charging me 200+ just for the check up and for the record my car does all the changes good, no delay, or anything like that, so I when underneath my car and I was checking everything and notice that my drive shaft has some play when I move it, the car in in park, So I went online and found out that my u joints might be bad, or the drive shaft, not sure which one it is, I was also reading that the first sign that the u joints are going out it’s when the car comes out of balance, and that happen around 3 months ago that I had to rebalance my tires and change 2 because they were worn out from the inside What’s you guys opinion...

Chosen Solution i don’t see anything different from the one i replaced is the roller supposed to turn freely Check the toner cartridge to see if there is still a sheet of paper wrapped around the imaging drum, this paper is used to protect the imaging drum from damage in shipping. If the toner cartridge is spilling toner then you should return the cartridge as defective. If the toner cartridge looks OK, try an interrupted print....

Chosen Solution I have this same problem I spilled water on my ps4 and water was at the bottom when I opened my ps4 there was a little water under the lid but it didn’t look completely wet the first day it would show blue light but second day the blue light just flashes as of now not sure if I should buy a new power supply or just try and buy a new ps4 if anyone could help it would be very appreciated thanks...

Chosen Solution Hello, My 2017 iMac 21.5” 4K does not show pictures on display any more. It powers up with the chime but shows nothing on the display. It is not a backlight issue. NVRAM clear and SMC reset were tried but no luck. I can login remotely using ssh. If I try screen share, it only shows black desktop on a remote computer. An external display does not show pictures either....

Chosen Solution I installed the ssd hybrid drive no issues (great guide) but disk utility dosnt show the ssd, only 500g hard drive. Under System info it shows EFI but formatted as MS DOS Fat 32 which I am guessing is my problem. How do I fix this? It doesn’t work does it? PCs use FAT formats. Intel Macs use a GUID format. Chosen Solution The IPad’s battery drained last night from normal use. Put it on the charger but it would not charge at all. When plugged in it would show the apple logo then change the the battery image in the red. It also makes the charging beep every time the apple logo is displayed. If I unplug the charger it displays the logo at the bottom showing it needs to be plugged in....

Chosen Solution i decided to charge my old ipad 2 to get some files that were in it, but after letting it charge at 15w for hours its still showing the no battery signal on the screen. It shows as charging, so something is happening @daniel_svs sounds to be a battery that has been discharged below it’s threshold and is no longer accepting a charge. Replacing the battery should fix this....

Chosen Solution I recently purchased an iPhone 4 on ios 5 for $10 on eBay the phone fully works (i got it for cheap because it had no battery) but when i plugged it in i noticed the charger was starting to come out. Can someone please help? You would have to clean the charger port but that could cause the charging port not to work because the connector is usually worn out in this case....

This time I also replaced the battery because it was slowly giving me problems. So I bought a custom transparent screen (just like my last one) and a new battery, replaced it and it felt like brand new. But then, I noticed that my battery percentage wasn’t going lower, it was stuck on 89% and wasn’t dropping for 4 hours....

It don’t have that “Touch disease” it doesn’t have that white or gray flickering on top of the screen but it has ghost touch where it touches itself because its bent. I know this is my fault because I go to a local phone repair shop and got my screen replaced for $50. It’s not a black screen, its a white one so the screen is white and the home button is black....

Chosen Solution i have the exact laptop and its been having some charging issues after replacing charger several times it stopped charging all together or powering up. i took it to geek squad they told me it was the circuit motherboard and would be better off buyiny a new latop im a college student and cant afford to, is there a way i could fix it on the cheap??? i would use the original Maintenance and Service Guide for that model....

Chosen Solution A friend of mine has a 12GB model of this device and I understand that this does not contain a hard drive. How do I add an internal hard drive so that I can increase the memory? Replace Hard drive and fan; listed as “Moderate”. Replace CPU; “Difficult”. Gulp! I’m hoping to end up with a faster more useful iMac and not a novelty lamp stand!
