My cable was really difficult to get unplugged and in all the struggle to get it loose, I knocked it off. I was told by 2 differnent cell phone repair places today that only apple can fix it or it just can’t be fixed. I would like to get it repaired. In my experience the toy is durable and no, you will not crack the screen like a regular phone. However many others have had issues, whether this is due to some being defecting or simply having different gauges of “durable” I do not know. The Retinas are very easy to replace the screen on if you swap the whole top lid (15 minute job, not difficult whatsoever), but very difficult if you are replacing just the screen....
