Chosen Solution I replaced the back cover on iPad 2 and exchange all components to new cover including some being replaced new. When finished I power up to test all functions. I got a good boot and home screen but in less than 2 minutes in went into a boot loop with about 1 minute delay after boot before home screen appears then 1-2 minutes and boot loop and won’t stop....

I did a full charge after getting it out again and the iPad works fine except for one annoyance. I noticed the time and date were incorrect even though it was set to automatically check a date and time server to keep things correct. What I did replaced is the the dock connector, the headphone and buttons module, speaker and microphone module and sensors module and of course got a new battery. Chosen Solution If i buy a display from ifixit, does it have quality like the original lcd? It dosent say what quality they use but as know as they are i belive it’s good quality. I usually use oem that is as good as original and sometimes refurbished original screens. Chosen Solution The port itself is broken, how do you replace it? This is a Razer Blade 15 Mercury White. @largesushi that jack is soldered to the motherboard. So, if you want to replace it, you will have to remove the motherboard first. Use something like this guide to do so. Now you have to unsolder the old port and replace it with a new one. The problem you might be run into is finding a proper replacement....
