Chosen Solution I used my desk mount a while with my Apple Led Cinema + Vesa mount. Problem is that after putting the foot back on, I cannot get it to go back upright. There is some kind of latch preventing the stand from going upright and the little plastic card that came with the VESA kit does nothing to release this latch. Getting the foot off was easy but getting it back on is proving to be very difficult....

Chosen Solution The metal end of the earplug jack broke off and is trapped inside the connector canal. You can try your luck at removing it from the outside but it would be difficult due to the male end is clicked into place and you need a good grip to get it out. But if you tear it down you might have a better chance at getting it out. I hope this helps you, Good luck....
