By 1:50 minutes into the video the battery is mostly accessible. At about the 7:00 minute mark the battery is seen being removed. You may not have to remove all of the components as shown in the video prior to the battery removal to actually remove/replace it....

Chosen Solution hey :) So recently my rear door handles on either side have fallen off, it looks to be because they were pulled from an odd angle. Anyway the latch that holds in the clip next to the handle has broken. Chosen Solution I’m attempting to flash an iPhone 5s that has an unresponsive home button using 3U tools. 3U tools has put it into recovery mode but requires the phone to be put into DFU mode to continue. However, the home button isn’t working so I can’t manually enter DFU mode. Is there a way to enter DFU mode without pressing the home button? I have tried fitting another button from a damaged phone but it doesn’t work either....
Chosen Solution I flashed my netbook, and then rebooted, but now it`s LEDs on the down blink and screen is black I did some research on your Netbook…Sometimes the manual has the procedure on how to reset the BIOS after a failed attempt " I don’t see it". What your gonna have to do, is contact ASUS Support and find out if there is a way to recover it. It may involve taking the Netbook apart and setting some jumpers, or they may have media that will get your BIOS back....

The webcam was an optional purchase on that model. Does the webcam itself work? Because if it does not then either it is not there or not working, and in either case the mic would not work....
Chosen Solution The MMS late 2012 has a Server HD and a 1 TB Macintosh HD2 nearly full occupied by photos. I wonder if it’s feasible to upgrade the 1TB Macintosh HD2 to a 5 TB hard drive and how? Sorry the Mini’s use 2.5" drives so you’re limited here on what available in this form factor. So far there are no traditional HD’s that large that would fit. So far the best you can do with traditional drives is 2 TB....
Chosen Solution Replacing lightning connector assembly. When I was putting it back together, trying to connect it to the logic board, I damaged some of the pins on the logic board. What now? Can I (or someone) replace the connector? Or do I need a new logic board now? You can send it off to a board repair specialist like iPad Rehab or STS Telecom to replace that broken connector. Chosen Solution I have a Visio soundbar (SB3821-C6) connected to my Visio tv (M550SV). The sound changes to VERY LOUD with no apparent reason and so I had to disconnect it. Any suggestions? Chosen Solution So basically I’ve changed maybe 5 iPhone 6 screens successfully and many others its all been fairly straight forward till now. It started with two iPhone 6 phones one was a bit bashed up the other was ok but a little scratched so I started changing the screens. And it looked ok until the final assemble and right at the end there was a tinny gap on both sides of the screen....

Unfortunately a couple of smd components, cap or resistor fell off close to the port and got lost and a couple are unreadable. Chosen Solution After I swaped the battery my Phone won´t turn on anymore. The weird thing is that different things happen with the old and new one installed. The new one makes it show the low battery graphic and the old one makes it show the apple logo. I reseated the connector of both batteries multiple times. After the on of the graphics flash, the lcd backlight stays on. Hard resetting or holding down the power button turns of the lcd backlight....
Chosen Solution A key in the laptop was forcefully removed, and the notches that lock the pieces together broke. The button on the keyboard itself is still functional but it is very awkward to press without the actual key. I was wondering if its possible to replace individual keys in the keyboard. Preferably it would be possible to buy replacement keys for this laptop, but I am open to other workaround solutions....

Once you get the rear casing of the 128k removed, the discharging method is identical. iFixit’s Mac 128k teardown shows how this casing can be removed in steps five and six.
