Chosen Solution Its either a cable issue, board issue or software (you are not running any beta software are you?) However its almost definitely not software but hardware is the issue. Usually I would say to open it up and see whats wrong inside but repairability wise the pro is 2/10 and the screen breaks easily upon removal. I doubt its even a visible issue that you could see by taking the screen off anyway....

I was wondering, before I took my phone apart will I need any glue or anything to connect it to the assembly, or if I take the old one off will it break the assembly? Thank you. You should be able to put the plastic home button onto the actual cable as long as there is some adhesive on the plastic piece or the cable itself....
