Chosen Solution Now before you jump to the obvious conclusion, i have done a bit of troubleshooting. I followed the guide to repairing water damage and successfully removed all of the corrosion. I also followed the advice from the guide to replace the battery. Upon plugging into my mac itunes says it is in recovery mode. it does not respond to charging but i know the lightning connector works because it made the connection to itunes....
Chosen Solution After replacing the power/ volume flex cable on my white iphone 5 it started behaving strange, it started turning on and off by itself, the first thing i tried was to connect it to itunes and update it to ios 8.1.2. When i updatet it also restored it. But the same thing started happening again. But sometimes it doesn’t tur off at all, but if i restart it myself it starts restarting by itself again ....
Chosen Solution Hi, About a year ago I dripped a little water in my iPhone’s headphone jack, causing it to always detect headphones (regardless of whether or not they’re actually plugged in). I fitted a replacement charging dock which solved the issue perfectly, however, the microphone on that dock is a little (awful) quiet. A minor issue, yes, but infuriating when I get hung up on constantly because the other party can’t hear me properly....
Chosen Solution i have a iphone 6 plus that apparently has already been tampering with the nand. I have reset my phone error 40. I removed nand and restored without and mistakenly 4014. What could be this error? reprogramming nand solve? I think you need the NAND chip to avoid iTunes restore errors.

At first it didn’t turn on but a day later it stayed on all night. The next morning it kept turning off and on. Now I got my screen replaced but the phone still won’t turn on....

I don’t have that much experience with these replacements (mainly older equipment). I see no visible screw points, am I suppose to just pry off the panel? Is it held in by adhesive then? Chosen Solution Don’t know for sure what happened, but I have an iPhone 5s that is not reacting on normal reset (Home+Power) and not showing any signs of life. The screen is blank all the time. I left it plugged-in to charging adapter and afterwards to Mac Air for at least 8 hours, but nothing happened. The body of the phone looks ok. Any ideas how to diagnose? Well.. If the buttons aren’t doing anything, maybe this won’t help....

Chosen Solution I have great problems getting the display released from the phone after removing the two pentalope screws. When the display is broken I can not get a vacuum formed under my suction cup and get the display lifted. Surely there most be some great tips for solving this. Any suggestions from you guys? Are you sure you need to replace your piston rings? You should replace your piston rings when there is significant slop between the piston and cylinder, or when you are re-honing the cylinders and putting in an oversized piston, as the distance between the piston and cylinder will change with different diameter pistons....

Chosen Solution I am getting 2 codes E3 and F5 on my kenmire 600 series washer. What do they mean? @back2me3 the F5 E3 alert indicates there is an issue with the lid lock. Do not force the lid open, as permanent damage could occur. Remove any objects from the lid and clear any obstructions. Touch POWER to exit cycle, then touch POWER again to release lid. If this is unsuccessful, reboot the machine by unplugging the washer and wait two minutes before plugging the machine back in....

The drop could have caused the flex cables to partially disconnect or the drop may have damaged the screen assembly. This is easily repairable if you ’d like to try it yourself. Just follow this guide. There could also be damage to the logic board but you need to eliminate the components first before going that route....

If you cannot access a different charger, can you verify, by using a DMM (digital multimeter - do you have one or know someone who has), that there is a 5VDC output from the charger?
