Chosen Solution I have the same problem but with the mini 2. I found that up until recently if you left it alone while charging it’d stay at a normal temperature. If you use it while charging it gets hot. Nathan Magaw that is because the power demand from your ipad goes up when you are using it. your battery could be coming close to fail and your charger is trying to keep up with the demand....
Chosen Solution This older digital camera has an internal clock that should keep running when I change batteries. Is there a smaller internal battery to keep the clock alive that may need replacing? When i had to put the EMI shield back on i accidently used the 1mm longer screw for the buttom left hole (so i guess i made some minor long screw damage to the Logic board and broke some traces. also heard a little noise when screwing the last mm of the screw) :( And now it doesnt show any picture on the LCD at all....

No vibration when itunes recognise phone or sound. Chris, definitely sounds like the LCD needs to be replaced “2inces wide in the top right corner with a black ink loking line under it”. I have tried transplanting the hard drive into a working ipod classic. I have tried putting the drives into an enclosure. I have tried reading the drives on windows, mac, and linux. Chosen Solution My current RAM is two 4 GB modules (2x4) by default - total of 8 GB I bought the same frequency two 8 GB modules (2x8) PC4-2400 to get the total of 24 GB Now its not powering up. If I removed one of them, and leave 3 modules it’s OK, but I only get to 20GB. If I add the last 4 GB module it will not power up....

I think there could be a problem here no to sure tho. Your antenna coil is disappeared.
