I have done several 4013 and -1 repairs on these and recently took in 2 phones from a shop in Florida where I had a short on BBPMU_TO_PMU_AMUX1 and PP_1V0_LDO9 on one phone and just PP_1V0_LDO9 on the other. After removing the BB CPU the shorts went away on both, so I reballed and placed it back and shorts came back....

Chosen Solution sd memory card stuck in disk drive If you’re looking for the absolute proper way to remove it then you can follow the disassembly & replacement guide to remove the superdrive, once it’s out you can tilt it so that the opening is facing downward and shake a bit to drop the SD card. With that said, I’ve always had great success with pre-cut strips of packing tape. I would pull a chunk of 5-6 off the stack, peel the cover off of the top piece to form a sticky side and then slide it into the slot....

Chosen Solution I have found answers to this online saying to turn off the phone completely or just let it die I have done that more than once and nothing is working what should I do. Did you try to put it in recovery mode or DFU mode and then connect it to iTunes or 3U tools?

There are around ten screws underneath, which I removed, and it looks like the keyboard should lift out of the Piano Frame, but I think the front panels need removing first. Plugged it in, powered it on - amazing! Looked great! Had to leave for work, by the time I arrived an hour later the phone was a brick - no power, no reset holding the top button (with or without volume up or down), when connected to a computer via USB it neither registers no demonstrates any sign of power....

Chosen Solution I have a G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM module (F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL). I managed to damage/break off some of the SMD components near the pins on a DDR3 SDRAM module. The rest of the module is fine, so it would be a waste to throw it away because a few components got knocked off. Here are a couple of pictures of the damaged module and a working module. The first eight components on the lower left corner of the lower module are damaged/missing....
