Chosen Solution I am replacing the screen for my iPad Air. The replacement screen did not come with a new home button, and I am having trouble reassembling my original home button. I have the button, two metal / hard plastic ring, and what appears to be a rubber gasket. I just need to know the proper order / sequence to assemble them in. Plastic button goes on first, rubber gasket around home button (probably worn out now) then the metal bracket but you need to put some good double sided adhesive like Tesa 4695 or 61395 on the metal bracket so it adheres on the glass well....

Chosen Solution My brother-in-law ran over his phone with a front end loader. Broke the back glass pretty good, but everything works fine except cellular. I’ve been searching the internet for awhile trying to find out what to replace in the phone to get this working again. I have fixed many phones before but never anything newer than an iPhone 11. I know there used to be small antenna cables that connected to the lightning flex etc....

Chosen Solution hi guys while replacing the lcd on my iphone i mistakenly broke my touch id sesnor flex i.e the homebutton cable, for the moment i have bought a cheap home button online and fixed it but my touch id doesnt work anymore please help me is someone who can fix this i dont mind sending it. You will need to use the original home button that came with your phone, it is literally not possible for any other home buttons to work....

Chosen Solution i dropped my iphone 7 and afterward the screen was shattered (not a big deal) but the earspeaker wasn’t working for stereo audio. front cam still worked and i didn’t think anything of it until after 10 minutes it shut down and entered a boot loop. i’ve tried disconnecting the front cam, new battery, new screen, keeps boot looping after 10-40 seconds of being on it is probably the audio ic chip that has failed/been detached....

Chosen Solution In my Dell XPS 9550, I have noticed that two of my 6 heatsink screws hold-downs are out from the motherboard, causing the heatsink part near to the GPU loose, accordingly, less contact with the GPU and less heat dissipation. I need to know how to fix these screws hold-ups again to the motherboard with a kind of glue that can withstand the high temperature generated by the GPU during load time....

Hi, Your best bet is to actually purchase the pre cut adhesive, not only is this extremely strong, as you can usually get the original stuff that’s used to hold it down, it is also quite easy to fit without mistakes....

Chosen Solution Hi * I unlocked my Nexus 5 n root it n install twrp recovery n install cyanogen mod 13 with gapps Then I opened super su it says update the software I click on update cwm/twrp After that it shows only google screen I have done hard factory reset. Nothing is working. When ever I turn on my phone only text google appeared with an unlock image You don’t need superSU with Cyanogenmod 13, it should already have super user implemented with the ROM already....

Chosen Solution After replace the battery the screen touch doesn’t work how can i fix it? The problem will be your touch connector. Make sure it is seated properly if it is I would check the connectors with a magnifying glass. I don’t suppose you have another screen to test? Probably knocked some components off the board around the connectors. Look under magnification for any missing caps etc.

Chosen Solution there some black line in screen. It looks like there are 2 possibilities either the cable has a bad connection or the screen is damaged. Update (06/19/2020) If the corner is burnt it needs a new screen. This is a common problem with Samsung phones with the screens burning 9n images.

Chosen Solution My laptop fell off of my bed and now the screen is black. The keys still light up and the booting up noise is still there. The screen is lit, but it’s black. I’ve tried the PRAM reset and also the command/shift/option/power reset (could have mixed some of those up). Does anyone have any suggestions before I go to the Apple store? Reconnect the LCD cable logic board side and screen side, if the first reconnection does not resolve this (will have to remove the lid from the MacBook, slide the hinge cover off, remove the wifi antenna and then you can reconnect it)....
